    2. When personal information is provided as part of a business transfer due to a merger or other reasons
    3. When personal information is shared with specific individuals, and the user is notified in advance of the items of personal information to be shared, the scope of individuals sharing the information, the purpose of use by those individuals, and the name or title of the person responsible for managing the personal information

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

  1. When the Company receives a request from a user to disclose personal information, the Company will promptly disclose such information without delay. However, if disclosure may result in any of the following situations, the Company may withhold or partially withhold the information and will notify the user immediately of its decision not to disclose. Please note that a fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for each disclosure request.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

  1. If a user believes that the personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the user may request the Company to correct, supplement, or delete the personal information (hereinafter referred to as “Correction, etc.”) according to the Company’s prescribed procedures.
  2. If the Company deems it necessary to respond to the user’s request, it will promptly make the necessary Correction, etc.
  3. The Company will immediately notify the user when the Correction, etc. is made based on the previous provisions or when it decides not to make the Correction, etc.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use, etc., of Personal Information)

  1. If the Company receives a request from a user to suspend or delete the use of personal information due to reasons such as the information being used beyond the scope of the intended purpose or being obtained by improper means, the Company will promptly investigate the matter.
  2. Based on the results of the investigation, if the Company deems it necessary to comply with the request, it will promptly suspend or delete the use of the personal information.
  3. When the Company suspends or deletes the use of personal information according to the provisions of the preceding paragraphs, or decides not to do so, the Company will immediately notify the user.
  4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if the suspension of use requires a significant cost or is otherwise difficult, and if an alternative measure can be taken to protect the user’s rights, the Company will take that alternative measure.

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

  1. The content of this Policy, except for matters otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations and this Policy, may be changed by the Company without notifying the user.
  2. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised privacy policy will take effect from the date it is posted on this website.
